POLY ACRYL STRUCTURE is a sealant, a granular, professional and universally paintable repair agent for connectors, joints, cracks and holes, based on acrylate dispersion technology, which hardens by evaporation of water from the mass in the form of an elastic and durable rubber.

Poly Acryl Structure has been specially developed to seal, fill up and repair seams, seams (recesses), cracks, cracks and holes in the same structure as the substrate. Poly Acrylic Structure is suitable for:

• New construction, renovation and building/industrial maintenance projects
• Sealing joints between/along construction elements, adjoining plaster, masonry on walls, ceilings, window sills, stairs, skirting boards, (decorative) mouldings, profiles, panels, etc.
• Sealing joints around building elements, such as facades, window and door frames, sockets and fittings that adjoin stucco, plaster, masonry
• Perfectly repairs superficial damage in plaster, stucco, masonry on walls, partitions, facades and ceilings, ideal for masking existing drill, nail and screw holes

Before use, read and follow the instructions on the label. We recommend testing adhesion to materials and paint compatibility in advance. Apply on solid supports, accommodating, bare, clean, free of grease and dust; porous/absorbent/open substrates do not need to be dry. The joints must have the correct dimensions in order to absorb the movements. Thoroughly remove the surface from the detached elements using a suitable brush. Degrease the surface well. Ensure that very porous and highly absorbent surfaces, such as gypsum blocks, stone (limestone), concrete (aerated) and masonry, are evenly coated with a mixture of 1 part Poly Acryl Structure and 2 parts of water. A smooth, water-tight finish is essential for film formation. Poly Acryl Structure is perfectly paintable with synthetic and dispersion paint. It is recommended to paint after complete curing due to shrinkage of the material. If the paint is applied before, cracks or crazings may form later in the paint layer. The paint layer can also crack or craze due to the use of dispersion paints with a high metal content. Exterior applications are only possible in dry weather conditions and/or provided there is no precipitation/rain within 5 hours of application. Discoloration may occur under certain conditions, such as direct contact with chemicals from the substrate.
