COLD ZINC is a special anticorrosion coating based on zinc phosphate. The product can be used both before and after the welding. Zinc Primer provides a protective layer that subsequently perfectly can be welded with CO2 and can be spot welded. During welding, it will not splash and only burn minimal. This in turn also keeps a very high protection. The addition of epoxy product creates a unique coating after curing and can perfectly serve as a primer for almost all sealants and paint systems.

For the treatment of galvanized steel and untreated.
- The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.
- Remove loose old paint and rust, sand the surface.
- Processing temperature 15 to 25 °C.
- Before use shake the aerosol well and spray a sample.
- Distance to the surface to be treated needs to be approximately 25 to 30 centimetres.
- Spray in several thin layers.
- Before applying the next layer, shake the aerosol again.
- After drying may, if desired, a coating be applied.
- After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol head and nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, humidity and film thickness.
